Are you looking for a role in Data Science? But do not currently have any technical data skills at all?
If so, you might have heard that you should learn Python or R, or learn Machine Learning by doing courses like Andrew Ng's ML course on Coursera.
What if you come from a non-technical background, such as sales, finance, human resources, healthcare, etc.?
Fortunately, it's entirely possible to upskill and make the career transition you've always wanted. And for John Ng, a Finance and Accounting graduate turned Data Scientist, he's been there and done exactly that!
Join us on the 24th of July to hear from John as he shares some of the tools and skills you need to break into the Data Science field.
About the Speaker
John is a Data Scientist with CIMB. He graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance back in 2020 but started his transition into the data field by interning in various strategy consulting firms including Deloitte and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
